Orders will be processed within 24 hours. After shipment, the delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you can find the logistics tracking number at the location of your order. Use it to track your packages in real time.

Please note: Although we carefully package each item, SSFS is not responsible for lost packages, incorrect addresses or unclaimed returns from the carrier.

What should I do if my goods are broken?
We're here to help! If your item is damaged, please send an email to ssfsvp@outlook.com with your order number, photos of the problem and a brief description. You need to pay the two-way shipping fee for repair or exchange. Before we return the items, the shipping fee needs to be returned.

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date of shipment to apply for a return or exchange. Personalized or modified items cannot be returned.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed and labeled in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

What should I do if I receive damaged or incorrect items?
Let's correct the mistakes! Contact ssfsvip@outlook.com with photos and order details within 30 days after shipment. We will replace it for you as soon as possible.
